Known PDF Issues

If Internet Explorer is not opening PDF files in the frame but asks to save it?

Open Internet Explorer, Tools menu, Manage Add-ons.
In the Manage Add-ons dialog, select in "Toolbars and Extensions".
Make sure Adobe Acrobat Control is Enabled. If it is disabled, enable the add-on and restart Internet Explorer.

By default, Chrome uses a built-in PDF viewer to open PDFs. If you have disabled the built-in PDF viewer,
Chrome will use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to display PDFs.
You can also choose to make Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader your default PDF viewer in Chrome. Here is how:

1.Enter chrome://plugins into your address bar.
2.Scroll down to either Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. (You will only see them if you have them installed.)
3.Click the Enable link.

Saving Document

Put your mouse cursor at the bottom of the page you get a popup window, or use "shift + Ctrl +S"
