Oral & Poster presentations

 

The symposium provides the opportunity to present your work in oral sessions or in a poster presentation. The final form of presentation (oral or poster) will be chosen by the organizers upon compilation of the full program. Abstracts can be submitted specifically for the Friday competition.

The deadline for submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations is extended to: Friday November 14, 2025.

The abstract submission portal will be open until November 14, 23:59 Central European
Time (CET).

Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: between December 4 – 10, 2025.

When submitting an abstract, please indicate if the abstract is suitable for the competition. The abstract book will be published online after Christmas 2025.

    Abstract notifications

    Notifications of acceptance/rejection will be emailed to the submitter/presenting author between 4-10 December, 2025

    ** Competition

    Topic: New imaging technologies for ultrasound contrast agents

    Applicants: everyone doing an MSc or PhD or having obtained a PhD within 5 years of the symposium date (i.e., young investigators)

    Oral presentation duration: 10 minutes

    Award: winner will receive €1000
