The regular attendee on-site fee applies to:
- investigators working in academia
- clinicians
I can only attend one day of the conference. Do you offer a discount?
The registration fee is for two days. We do not offer discount for one day attendance.
Do you offer group discounts?
We do not offer group registration discount. Every attendee should register individually.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, students can register at a discount as young investigator.
Cancellation policy
In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately, the registration fees are not refundable.
Is hotel accommodation included?
The registration fee does not include hotel accommodation. However, attendees can book accommodation through Maashotel at a special conference rate (go to our Venue & Hotels page). Limited rooms are available and therefore we advise that you book early to secure your accommodation. The special rate will only be available until December 22, 2024.
